I play BF3 1920x1200 on ultra and get 65 from GPU and 60 from CPU. This has happened to numerous people including me. It's probably not a hardware problem, at least not a physical one. Try updating your video card driver, or if your'e on the most current one, using an older version or perhaps an alternative driver.
